Today I had my 360 performance feedback at work. Ultimately, I think getting evaluated by everyone you work with (upper levels, lateral levels and subordinates) is a good thing - but it is sort of nerve racking to go through.
I thought perhaps my evaluations would reflect the fact that I HAVE NO CLUE really what the products I help buy actually do - but surprisingly it didn't!
Some nice Warm & Fuzzies are what everyone needs at work and not just once a year. Tell a co-worker you think they are great today - It will make everyone's day, trust.
