I went to renew my passport today - what a great experience! I was in and out in under 20 minutes and all the staff I dealt with were super friendly and pleasant. My main Passport man, even commented on how neat it was that I was a twin. Creepy-ish that he knew that but a nice shout-out.I feel like the Ministry of Transportation and Passport Canada should have a little meeting to discuss best practices. Everytime I go to the DMV, I meet people who seemingly hate their lives.
Whatever is in Passport Canada's Kool-Aid, should be shared!
