this just transpired at work in front of a hushed group of 5-6 people:

co-worker looks inquisitively at me and says: "Lesley, you have pen on your face, on your cheek"

group all stares to look at where she is pointing.

Lesley: "no, actually that is just a pimple"

awkward laughter from the gathered crowd.
